CRM Marketing Strategist

Browns is seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing automation expert to join our growing team, reporting to the Director of CRM & Loyalty. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and optimization of our CRM-based digital marketing campaigns and you will work closely with our customer database analysts to validate and improve our audience segmentation and personalization strategies. **Responsibilities**: - Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve conversion rates for both e-commerce and in-store sales. - Collaborate with the creative and digital product teams to develop effective strategies to improve lead generation and customer acquisition. - Collaborate with the creative team to A/B test and optimize compelling and effective content for campaigns. - Manage and optimize lead scoring and nurturing programs in partnership with the CRM data analysis team. - Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends and tools, and provide recommendations for new strategies or technologies. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related quantitative field. - Experience with marketing automation tools such as Adobe Marketo, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or SFMC. - Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing campaign data and providing insights to optimize performance. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile sprint environment. - Experience with SQL and database queries is a plus. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la planification, de l'exécution et de l'optimisation de nos campagnes de marketing numérique basées sur le CRM et vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos analystes de bases de données de clients afin de valider et d'améliorer nos stratégies de segmentation et de personnalisation de l'audience. **Responsabilités**: - Construire, gérer et optimiser les campagnes d'automatisation du marketing numérique en reliant les courriels, les SMS, les notifications push et le contenu dynamique du site web dans un parcours client numérique intégré. - Analyser les performances des campagnes et fournir des informations permettant d'améliorer les taux de conversion pour les ventes en ligne et en magasin. - Collaborer avec les équipes de création et de produits numériques afin d'élaborer des stratégies efficaces pour améliorer la production de prospects et l'acquisition de clients. - Collaborer avec l'équipe créative pour effectuer des tests A/B et optimiser un contenu attrayant et efficace pour les campagnes. - Gérer et optimiser les programmes de classement et de maturation des prospects en collaboration avec l'équipe d'analyse des données CRM. - Rester informé des dernières tendances et outils en matière d'automatisation du marketing et formuler des recommandations sur les nouvelles stratégies ou technologies. **Exigences**: - Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine quantitatif connexe. - 3+ ans d'expérience en automatisation du marketing, en marketing par courriel ou en marketing numérique, idéalement dans les domaines de la vente au détail B2C ou du commerce électronique D2C. - Expérience avec des outils d'automatisation du marketing tels qu’Adobe Marketo, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, SFMC, SLQ et - Avoir une forte capacité d'analyse et un esprit axé sur les données, avec une expérience de l'analyse des données de campagne et de la fourniture d'informations permettant d'optimiser les performances. - Solides compétences en matière de communication et de collaboration, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles dans un environnement de type "sprint" Agile. - Expérience du langage SQL et des requêtes de base de données est un atout.
