**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and presented well.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cash handling and basic math calculations for accurate change.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is Required for this position
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
