**Overview**
We are looking for a leader in our industry of landscape construction and maintenance to help expand our sales; someone who is great with numbers and can communicate clearly and effectively with clients and the rest of our team. The Estimator position is a full time, year round salary position and includes benefits.

**Qualifications**

3 years of relevant estimating experience in civil earthworks or landscape construction

Experience working with B2W - preferred

**Responsibilities**
- Understanding, interpreting and communicating technical information from construction, landscape architectural, and engineered drawings as well as specifications
- Interacting with clients, architects, and engineers to understand and incorporate project objectives, schedules and costs
- Estimating using production rates to get labour, equipment and material quantities and costs
- Generating accurate and error free estimates
- Completing tender docs and submissions on time with zero deficiencies
- Reading and understanding contractual terms and conditions
- Finalizing material takeoffs and organizing information in a clear concise format
- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients, material suppliers and subcontractors
- Continually marketing the company for future growth opportunities
- Oversee the distribution of relevant documentation upon project award

**Key Skills**
- Detail oriented and able to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines
- Quick and accurate with mathematical calculations
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Dedicated, well organized and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs and or Microsoft office - Excel, Word
- Familiar with Take-off software such as Bluebeam

**Education**
- Post secondary degree or diploma in estimating, construction management, project management or other relevant disciplines would be an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
