Location: 1050 Kennedy Circle, Milton ,Ontario

Reporting to Director of Retail Operations & Sales

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Recruit, hire and train top talent
- Manage store team and individual performance
- Manage delegation of responsibilities amongst staff with clearly defined expectations
- Maximize store profitability while decreasing expenses and exceeding sales & profit margin targets
- Create weekly action plans to meet or exceed KPI targets
- Lead and execute loss prevention measures
- Maintain inventory management control, operational functions, administrative duties and task management
- Execute instore marketing and merchandising plans
- Participate and contribute to weekly operations calls
- Responsible for maintaining a customer centric environment
- Engage in community outreach programs
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment
- Exemplify company core values and understand the company mission

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2 - 3 Years of experience in a natural health retail environment
- Post-secondary education in either Natural Health, Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Naturopathy, Homeopathy is an asset.
- Strong understanding of natural health products
- Superior leadership, coaching and people management
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Strong computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
