Eminent Valet has built a reputation for success becoming one of the country's largest Valet service providers that takes pride in operating in over major cities across Canada. **Responsibilities** - Design and implement overall recruiting strategy - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications - Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives - Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc - Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated - Promote company's reputation as “best place to work” - Craft job descriptions and interview question kits - Set hiring goals including timeframes and deliverables - Review HR practices and make sure they are applied through the entire recruiting process - Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed **Requirements**: - Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) - Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) - Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) - Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) - Strong decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Benefits** - Work From Home - Flexible hours - Training & Development - Bonus - Awards - Gifts -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - French Eminent Valet recherche actuellement des professionnels des ressources humaines motivés pour rejoindre notre équipe à succès. Responsabilités: - Concevoir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie globale de recrutement - Développer et mettre à jour les descriptions de poste et les spécifications des postes - Réaliser des analyses de poste et de tâches pour documenter les exigences et objectifs des postes - Préparer les supports de recrutement et publier les offres d'emploi sur les job boards appropriés, journaux, universités, etc. - Intégrer les nouveaux employés pour qu'ils soient pleinement opérationnels - Suivre et appliquer les meilleures pratiques de recrutement RH - Promouvoir la réputation de l'entreprise en tant que "meilleur endroit où travailler" - Rédiger des descriptions de poste et des kits de questions pour les entretiens - Définir des objectifs d'embauche incluant des délais et des livrables - Revoir les pratiques RH et s'assurer qu'elles sont appliquées tout au long du processus de recrutement - Collaborer avec les responsables de recrutement et fournir des formations si nécessaire Exigences: - Expérience de travail avérée en tant que recruteur (soit en interne, soit dans une agence de recrutement) - Solide capacité à mener différents types d'entretiens (structurés, basés sur les compétences, sous stress, etc.) - Expérience pratique avec divers processus de sélection (entretiens vidéo, entretiens téléphoniques, vérification des références, etc.) - Expérience pratique avec les logiciels de recrutement, ainsi que les systèmes d'information des ressources humaines (HRIS) ou les systèmes de gestion des ressources humaines (HRMS) - Solides compétences en prise de décision - Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles Avantages: - Travail à domicile - horaires flexibles - Formation et développement - Bonus - Récompenses - Cadeaux **Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal Contract length: 6 months Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Schedule: - 4 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC H3A 2T3
