Maintenance Worker

**Job description**
- **Purpose of this position**:_

To ensure the assets of Ste. Anne’s are maintained with the standards expected of a world-class four-diamond property and to ensure the smooth operation of the necessary support and mechanical systems.

**Typical Activities**
- Identify and report any deficiencies or defects in equipment, buildings or
- Check and secure doors, windows, utility equipment and property
- Clean, empty and maintain central vacuum containers
- Treat pools and hot tubs with proper chemicals required
- Shovel snow and sweep sidewalks as needed
- Unclogging drains and fixing leaking taps immediately as requested
- Clean spills, blinds, light fixtures, etc.
- Inspect premises against damage by fire, theft and illegal entry
- Rodent and pest control
- May perform some of the less technical building maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergency building needs such as, loss of heat or air conditioning
- Notify property manager of all needed repairs
- Treat water in water softeners

- maintenance: 5 years (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
