We’re growing our team and looking for a dependable and detail-oriented **Shipping & Receiving Associate** to keep our operations running smoothly.

**Position Overview**
The Shipping & Receiving Associate plays a key role in the flow of products into and out of our store. This position is responsible for handling shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, stocking shelves, and supporting merchandising efforts. From time to time, you will also step onto the sales floor to greet customers and assist them in finding the right products. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines behind-the-scenes logistics with customer-facing service. Working hours are generally Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5PM, but may require an occasional weekend shift if urgent/required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
- Accurately prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders
- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and organized
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Assist with merchandising initiatives to enhance the in-store shopping experience
- Provide occasional customer service, including greeting shoppers and guiding them to products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment both in the stockroom and on the sales floor

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving, inventory, or retail preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move boxes
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
