In this role, the Junior Marketing Manager’s main channel/sales initiatives will be focused on the retail channel on both an in-store and online level, but the responsibilities may not be limited to that.

**Primary responsibilities & Requirements**

(Examples are listed below each responsibility but are not limited to these)

Ø Smartsheet project management of all tasks on a daily basis
- Ensure all parent tasks and subtasks are entered and up-to-date to ensure the complete project scope is clear and that the execution be done effectively and on time.
- Follow-up on tasks with upcoming due dates or delivery dates
- Ensure that project deliverables are on time
- Send status updates or delivery confirmation to the requestors of the project

Ø Manage the day-to-day activities associated to the marketing efforts such as project management, creative development, and cross-functional implementation for the listed initiatives below including the in-store and online retail business
- Product line extensions and fast-track/agile projects
- Special projects and departmental projects (non-channel driven)
- Product development launches
- Channel and sales-driven request (including customer requests)
- Marketing content creation and coordination for SKU on-boarding online

Ø Support the development of brand and sales strategies as well as the marketing plans across the organization, including social media content and visibility

Ø Maintain brand integrity across product lines, marketing tools and all other internal & external communication as it pertains to assigned brands and channels

Ø Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, product & channel marketing, R&D and operations to execute specific marketing plans

Ø Prepare commercialization and communication plans for all projects

Ø Support the channel marketing and sales teams with identified programs to generate growth, build incremental sales and/or brand awareness within the channel(s), including in-store and extended aisle e-commerce initiatives

Ø Develop and execute creative material in support of the brands and related products.

**Profile**

Ø Bachelor’s degree in commerce/administration or equivalent work experience

Ø 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; or 2 years minimum as Marketing Coordinator with basic training in Project Management

Ø Able to communicate easily in French and English because you will work with retailer located in Canada and in the USA.
