En tant que gérant(e) de relève pour territoire, vous remplacerez les gérants des Centres U-Haul de votre région, en assurant la continuité nécessaire pour fournir un service à la clientèle exemplaire.U-Haul offre à ses gérants de relève pour territoire :Jours fériés, vacances et congés de maladie payés. Responsabilités principales des gérants de relève pour territoire :Remplir les fonctions des gérants en congé en mettant en œuvre des politiques, des pratiques d’inventaire, etc.Inspecter et aider les Centres pour qu’ils restent au fait de tous les programmes.Embaucher et former les nouveaux membres de l’ÉquipeExigences minimales :1 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion dans la vente au détail ou dans d’autres secteurs de services avec la responsabilité du résultat financier et de la satisfaction des clients.Des compétences préalables en gestion de vente au détail de haut volume en assumant la responsabilité des comptes de profits et pertes.Un permis de conduire valide ainsi que la capacité de garder un bon dossier de conducteur.La capacité à travailler les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.Une expertise informatique.Un diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.Milieu de travail :Ce travail implique des risques modérés ou des risques de malaises qui nécessitent des mesures de sécurité spéciales, p. ex. travailler en présence de pièces en mouvement, de machines, d’émanations ou de produits chimiques irritants. On pourra donc exiger le port de vêtements ou d’équipement de protection individuelle comme des masques, des lunettes, des gants ou des écrans faciaux.Exigences physiques :Ce travail requiert des actions comportant de l’effort physique comme rester sur place autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur pendant de longues périodes de temps, parcourir des espaces ainsi que se repositionner pour atteindre et utiliser des outils. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.Physical Demands:The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.U-Haul Holding Company, and its family of companies including U-Haul International, Inc.
