Property Manager

Responsibilities:
- Work closely under direction of property general manager
- Manage and oversee daily operations of branded resort property
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate, oversee and perform property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors
- Prepare and maintain property records
- Utilize a computerized property management system to track work orders and maintenance requests
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality property management or a related field preferred
- Knowledge in Pool maintenance and testing preferred
- experience in minor building maintenance and repairs
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of office procedures, including phone etiquette and professional communication
- Ability to effectively work with property general manager and resolve conflicts
- Familiarity with hospitality property management software is a plus
- hospitality experience is beneficial for operational structure is an asset
