All departments within the Division build enduring alumni and public trust through understanding and support for Western University in a coordinated campus-wide effort that results in the engagement and funding needed to make an impact. There are 3 departments within the Division - Departments of Development, Alumni Relations and Advancement Operations. The Advancement Operations department is a partner in the areas of constituent database and technology services, prospect management, research and pipeline, data analytics and storytelling, gift and pledge management, records and document management, and financial reconciliation and reporting. In addition, we provide support to the annual planning process as well as budget management, human resources and facilities support for University Advancement. **Responsibilities**: The Data Integrity Administrator will be pivotal in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of University Advancement's fundraising efforts. The role will coordinate, facilitate, and audit UA’s prospect management assignments and plans on BBCRM to ensure the system’s data integrity and accuracy. In addition, the role will further research prospective donors using key information from Western and non-Western sources to ensure all relevant information is captured and compiled in preparation for prospect manager assignment. The Data Integrity Administrator will coordinate record keeping processes to help retain, analyze and extract all collected information for prospects and makes recommendations for BBCRM data organization and business processes that further streamlines access to key prospect information. **Qualifications**: **Education**: - Three year undergraduate degree **Experience**: - Three years of progressively responsible administrative experience - Experience within development, education, or non-profit institution is preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Understanding the role information and prospect management plays in facilitating and coordinating prospect development in UA - Exceptional organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple projects independently while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines and ensuring all details are handled while dealing with multiple interruptions and last minute changes - Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with administrative and fundraising staff; ability to work well in a team environment - Strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and relationship building skills, facilitation and negotiation - Proven ability and natural inclination to interact with people in a professional, and respectful manner - Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and ability to prioritize work - Experience with constituent or customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, and database management - Understanding of the fundraising process, including a proficiency in identifying prospects based on wealth, affinity, propensity and other indicators preferred - Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities **Union Statement**: **Western Values Diversity**: **Please Note**: We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.
