THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, the incumbent of this role will be responsible for performing inventory physical counts in the Distribution Center as well as ensuring the integrity of the data entered in our system (Warehouse management system, Solochain).
- Perform inventory counts following discrepancies between physical inventory and system;
- Perform inventory cycle counts ;
- Participate in the annual physical inventory process of the Distribution Center;
- Make necessary corrections in the systems following the analyses and verifications carried out in order to detect any anomalies;
- Produce various analyses, variance reports and statistics in Excel;
- Work in close collaboration with various internal stakeholders regarding situations or issues related to Distribution Center inventory;
- Perform all other related tasks to support the department.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Professional degree in a related field;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
- Analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Dynamism and flexibility in the accomplishment of tasks;
- Good knowledge of Excel (asset);
- Bilingualism in French and English (asset).
