Our Vaughan-based head office is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist that will be responsible for driving sales opportunities for all Garage Living locations. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will work with our partners to reach new customers, increase the number of conversions, monitor all accounts, report on findings, and make recommendations on improvements. The Lead Generation Specialist will oversee all PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels such as: Google, Microsoft, Facebook, and more as they are adopted.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, optimize and report on all lead generation efforts
- Understand KPIs, review and provide feedback on paid marketing campaigns to the location owners and internal stakeholders
- Audit paid marketing campaigns and make strategic recommendations based on the performance of previous campaigns
- Launch new location’s paid marketing campaigns across different platforms
- Analytics reporting, daily, weekly, and monthly
- Own the strategic planning and everyday management of multiple PPC accounts across Google, Microsoft, and other social media platforms
- Monitoring campaigns across all PPC networks to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern
- Working effectively with the other members of the marketing team to maintain efficient running of all campaigns
- Stay current with updates and changes to search engine marketing, privacy, and new opportunities as they arise

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work closely with third party vendors
- A high level of professionalism
- Proactive
- CRM experience
- Results oriented
- 2 years of experience managing lead generation
- Experience working with marketing automation software such as HubSpot
- Experience running digital analytics and reports
- Cross-functional and collaborative across departments and interdepartmentally
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, and able to learn new technologies quickly
- Highly disciplined, with excellent time management & organizational skill

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
