As a Fencing Laborer, your primary responsibility is to provide essential support to the fencing construction team. Your role involves assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fencing structures while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining high-quality standards. The role of a Fencing Labourer requires a hardworking and dependable individual willing to contribute to the success of fencing construction projects by providing crucial support to the team. This position is an opportunity to learn and grow within the construction industry while contributing to the completion of high-quality fencing installations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation of various fencing structures, including chain-link, wooden, vinyl, or metal fences, following blueprints, guidelines, and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Handle and transport fencing materials, tools, and equipment to and from construction sites, ensuring proper storage, organization, and inventory control.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging holes for fence posts, and ensuring the site is conducive to efficient and safe fencing installation.
- Support the team in measuring and marking fence lines, ensuring accurate placement and alignment of fencing components.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery under supervision, following safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members, including supervisors, installers, and contractors, to complete fencing projects efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in ensuring the quality of fencing installation, making adjustments as necessary to maintain standards and meet project specifications.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Perform clean-up duties on job sites, including removing debris, ensuring tools are properly stored, and assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization.

**Skills Required**:
1. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.

2. Basic understanding of construction principles, tools, and materials used in fencing installation.

3. Capability to work effectively within a team, follow instructions, and contribute positively to the completion of projects.

4. Knowledge of and commitment to adhering to safety protocols and guidelines in a construction environment.

5. Flexibility to work in different locations and adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.

Pay rate to be determined depending on skill level. Medical and dental coverage after 3 months probation period.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
