**Job Summary**:
**This is a 1-year contract position.**

Entripy is looking for a Content Creator - with a particularly strong focus on LinkedIn - to join our team to create content that across all our digital platforms. As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online brand identity, engaging with our target audience, driving engagement and conversion. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our company's goals and values.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Content Strategy**: Develop, execute, and continuously refine the content strategy, in line with the overall marketing strategy and company objectives.
- ** Content Creation**: Produce high-quality, engaging content, including articles, posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Ensure all content is tailored to the audience and adheres to the platform's best practices.
- ** Audience Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with our social audiences by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with relevant posts and discussions.
- ** Brand Consistency**: Maintain a consistent and on-brand presence on each platform, ensuring that all content aligns with our company's values, voice, and messaging.
- ** Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor the performance of content, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy.
- ** Campaign Integration**: Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to integrate created content into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- ** Stay Informed**: Keep up-to-date with social platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.

**_ Please note: _**_This role is an in-office, 5 days/week role, in order to take photos/videos of products, staff and the manufacturing facility._**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of social platform algorithm, features, and best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
