**What You Will Do**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering personalized, forward-thinking solutions.
- Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality accounting services, consistently exceeding client expectations.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategies that support Avail's ongoing growth and success.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes continuous learning and professional development.
- Prepare and review personal, trust, and corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm policies.

- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, offering valuable insights to clients to enhance their financial outcomes.
**What We're Looking For**
This role requires someone with:
- A CPA designation
- A minimum of 5+ years of proven success in public practice, including experience in tax compliance, engagement management, and working with a diverse client base
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or other financial tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for clients
- Strong analytical thinking skills, capable of navigating challenging client projects and delivering effective solutions
- The ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Experience in reviewing the work of less experienced team members, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring accuracy and compliance
