As the Technology Business Partner for Supply Chain and Manufacturing, you are responsible for developing strong, collaborative relationships with the Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams, particularly at the leadership level to understand align the Technology and business strategies, and to proactively establish priorities strategic initiatives. While you will also serve as the relationship leader between the key stakeholders in the Supply Chain, Manufacturing and technology teams, you will also serve as the main contact for the Sourcing, Raw Material Planning, and Supply Chain Analysis teams, as well as coach Business Analysts on the team.

Specific to the supplier facing teams within Supply Chain, you will effectively and efficiently oversee the joint projects between Technology and Supply Chain to ensure robust, sustainable solutions are delivered to the Supply Chain team. This entails, but is not limited to, connecting with the appropriate users to define requirements on the various improvement projects, effectively communicate such requirements to the Technology Team and most importantly, in collaboration with the various groups in the Technology team, oversee the critical path of each project and ensure timelines and targets are planned for, properly communicated to all players and aligned within the Technology and Supply Chain. Priorities constantly change you will not be directly responsible for timelines to be met, but you will carry the responsibility of properly communicating the changes to all team members, alignment in understanding between the teams, and escalating issues when necessary.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Technology teams to understand strategies, priorities and identify sustainable solutions
- Define and execute strategic project roadmaps for Technology solutions to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain an appropriate depth and breadth of understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes, tools, and future needs within the context of Wonderbrands’ business strategy
- Coach and guide business analysts to resolve issues, improve process, and develop constructive relationships with stakeholders
- Intimately understand Supply Chain processes, specific to the supplier facing functions, to be able to add value to upcoming projects and actively contribute to continuous improvements in the Supply Chain space
- Understand and identify business opportunities, prioritize initiatives in alignment with business needs, and ensure on time delivery of high-quality solutions
- Work closely with the team to define detailed business requirements
- Work with Technology colleagues to develop innovative solutions and test functionality to ensure fulfillment of business requirements
- Help to ensure data integrity and quality on an on-going basis, including extracts and migration to new tools
- Support users and serve as the primary point of contact for the supplier facing functions of the Supply Chain team on behalf of the Technology organization
- Provide excellent customer service to our business stakeholders and team members

**Required Experience**
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or a closely related field.
- Minimum 5 years of functional business process experience with direct responsibility in Supply Chain and/ or Manufacturing
- Experience leading teams
- Experience with ERP systems and implementations
- Strong project management skills, prioritizing workloads to effectively and efficiently meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills including databases, spreadsheets, reporting technologies
- Excellent verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical, and independent judgment skills to support a customer-centric, collaborative environment
- Ability to obtain, document, and interpret business requirements into functional requirements that can be used for system design
- Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
- Strong ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate to build consensus
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
