We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards of service.

**The Role**

As a Shipper/Receiver, you will be a critical part of our parts department, responsible for the efficient and accurate movement of all incoming and outgoing goods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments against invoices and purchase orders.
- Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages of goods.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and creating shipping documents.
- Organize and store parts and inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the shipping and receiving area.
- Operate a forklift, hand truck, or other equipment as required to move and store goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, both manually and using our computerized system.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse role is an asset.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
- Proficiency with computer systems for data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
