**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring all items match purchase orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to specifications.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment processes.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move products within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping and receiving processes for efficiency.

**Skills**
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
