National Bank is looking for a Digital Product Owner (PO). That could be you

**Main tasks**
- Consolidate & Build
- Be a Product Owner and orchestrate between all the stakeholders involved in a major strategic initiative consisting of many different digital channel projects for retail clients
- Be responsible for the many digital backlogs for the initiative (UX, CRM, banking transactions, etc.)
- Help prioritize Epics and Features based on business value and sector priorities
- Define acceptance criteria for Stories
- Contribute to implementing the roadmap for developing digital solutions
- Have a well-prioritized, coordinated vision that delivers the most added value while taking into account any constraints or interdependencies with other projects or sectors (e.g., multichannel orientation). You will be called on to:

- Help develop and manage the product backlog to achieve the business vision
- Oversee and prioritize developments based on the business value for all the delivery phases
- Identifying risks and recommending mitigation plans
- Diagnosing problem situations, taking part in resolving complex problems and ensuring issues are addressed
- Communicate & Influence
- Ensure alignment between multidisciplinary teams: business sectors, UI/UX, architects, platform owners, development teams, etc.
- Federate internal and external partners in understanding issues, obstacles, and opportunities
- Ensure buy-in to a shared vision of the product and its evolution
- Give stakeholders visibility when it comes to prioritization and upcoming projects
- Define and track changes in key performance indicators
- Support the strategy, marketing, customer service teams, among others, in achieving business objectives
- Ensure the ongoing transformation of digital products to enhance the client experience, make our services more accessible, and develop our banking solutions in order to meet our clients’ current and future needs
- Participate in budget follow-ups

**Requirements**:

- 5 or more years of experience managing digital products (PO/SM) in Agile, ideally in financial services (banks, fintechs, insurance, etc.)
- Strong comfort level with developing in a complex technology universe in constant flux
- Experience in business analysis and process review
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to adapt, open to change, and ability to influence
- Ability to organize and lead workshops
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Penchant for working in a constantly changing environment
- Bilingual, and fluent in English (spoken and written)

**Specific skills**:

- Knowledge of banking compliance rules and regulations (an asset)
- Advanced knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and other roadmap visualization tools (ProductBoard, ProductMap, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and tools
