**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operation and high standards of cleanliness.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain optimal cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintain records related to housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, supply orders, and inspection reports.

**Qualifications**
- Three year experience as a Hotel Housekeeping Manager is required.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to cleaning products and equipment is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
