Responsibilities:

- Conduct mat Pilates classes for small groups
- Provide guidance and support to clients during mat Pilates sessions
- Demonstrate proper techniques and form to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Modify exercises as needed to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities
- Monitor clients' progress and provide feedback and encouragement
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

**Experience**:

- Recognized certification in Pilates (Stott, Ann McMillan etc.)
- Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Frenchify languages
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Leadership abilities to effectively guide and motivate clients during sessions
- Ability to educate clients on the principles and benefits of Pilates

**Available hours as of January 4th 2025**:
Wednesdays : 6 pm & 7 pm

Saturdays : 9 am & 10 am

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week
