Our newly updated, tech-savvy orthodontic practice in Vaughan is one of the leaders in orthodontic care We offer a very welcoming environment with two full time experienced doctors, an enthusiastic team of professionals and we have an exciting opportunity for you We are looking for an outgoing, detail oriented **dental assistant **who values embracing new challenges, patient education, and putting a smile on all those they meet. **Previous orthodontic knowledge is an asset but not a requirement.**

We are currently seeking an orthodontic **Dental Assistant, Level II**. This position is Mondays (8:15am - 5:00pm), Tuesdays (7:45am - 5:00pm), Wednesdays (8:45am - 5:00pm), Thursdays (9:00am - 4:00pm) and approximately 2 Fridays per month (9:00am - 2:00pm). No evenings or weekends

**Key responsibilities**:

- Taking intraoral records (photos and iTero scans) and radiographs
- Exceptional customer service and patient education
- Willingness to perform other duties within the practice to help with practice efficiency
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A team player
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges
- Comfortable with technology and computers
