**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Working with the dispatch team to get the right tech to the right call - evaluating the customers’ needs with the technician best suited for the job
- Meet daily revenue goals by ensuring we are prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls
- Accuracy - ensuring the information given to our technicians is accurate to ensure their success and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining contact with technicians and customers throughout the day ensuring the customer is aware of the technician’s progress and ability to get to their next call
- Rescheduling customers based on prioritizing the calls as needed
- Provide reporting information to Management daily
- Maintaining our large customer database accurately
- Performing outgoing customer calls as required to fill the board
- Various administrative duties as assigned by Manager
- Participate in training sessions and team meeting to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Willingness to jump in and book calls and assist Call Centre when necessary

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
