Remediation Technician or Supervisor

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage all aspects of remediation projects
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct site assessments and evaluations to determine the scope of work
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
- Prepare reports and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Job Duties include, mould remediation training in Northern Communities.
- This job requires travel to remote communities within Nunavut Canada. Must be physically fit and able to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
- Asbestos Abatement Govt. issued certification preferred.
- Able to work for long periods of time out of town.

**Skill Requirements**
- (Asbestos & Mould) Remediation abatement experience, minimum of 5 years
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation & word and excel experience.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
