We are looking for summer students who want to share our values while learning and growing with our team this summer.QualificationsStudent in Environmental, Natural or Soil Sciences Diploma or Degree program (must return to school in the fall)Understanding of Phase 1, 2 and 3 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)Working knowledge of Alberta Environment Criteria and GuidelinesExperience with Wetland Assessment is considered an assetExperience in Upstream Oil and Gas remediation and reclamation is an assetExperience with weed control considered an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational abilitiesStrong attention to detail and accuracyAvailable to travel throughout AlbertaValid Alberta driver’s licenseJob DutiesPreparation of technical reports including borehole logs, data tables and figuresSoil and water samplingEnvironmental monitoring of subsurface conditionsConducting site investigations and remediation programs such as drilling and excavation projectsField work throughout Alberta, with some positions potentially office‑based depending on workloadWorking EnvironmentOur team consists of experienced consultants and technicians with varied educational backgrounds and expertise. The Edmonton office is transit accessible, close to amenities, and offers parking and an on‑site fitness center.
