**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Make 50+ outbound calls daily** to engage leads and turn interest into membership.
- **Drive local awareness** by attending and organizing outreach events, pop-ups, and business partnerships.
- **Own the sales pipeline**—track leads, follow up diligently, and hit your conversion goals.
- **Be the face of the studio**, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming experience for every visitor.
- **Assist with studio operations**, including scheduling, check-ins, and maintaining a polished front desk presence.

**Who You Are**:

- A **goal-oriented, competitive** salesperson who is energized by hitting (and surpassing) targets.
- A **confident communicator** who naturally builds rapport and enjoys talking to new people.
- Comfortable making **high-volume calls** and leading consultative sales conversations.
- **Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated**, with a strong desire to contribute to a growing business.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and **helping people feel their best**.
- **Located within 30 minutes of Oakville**, ready to represent StretchLab at community events and build local partnerships.

**Preferred Experience**:

- **1+ years of sales experience** in fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality.
- Background in **boutique fitness** or membership sales is a strong asset.
- Comfortable with **grassroots marketing**, event outreach, and local networking.
- Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking software is helpful but not required.
