Job Title: Entry-Level Wine Production and Customer Service Associate

Company Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Attend work punctually every day for the full-time position.

2. Responsible for the general labor duties related to wine production and day-to-day operations.

3. Proficiency in a second language is advantageous for effective communication with clients.

4. Assist in the procurement and tracking of the company's projects to ensure smooth operations.

5. Prepare regular updates and reports for the company owner to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Understanding of the Wine Making Process.
- Strong punctuality and reliability in attendance.
- Communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to assist in project procurement and tracking.
- Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
- Possession of an Ontario G Clean License is considered an asset.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Wine Production: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- North York, ON M9L 1Y3 (required)
