**Basic Requirements (Education/Experience)**:

- Bachelor's degree in a health science related field or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in clinical research environment
- Evidence of training certification in Tri-Council Policy Statement -2 (TCPS-2) and the International Conference on Harmonization - Good Clinical Practice Guidelines (ICH-GCP)
- Evidence of training in Food and Drug Regulations, Division 5, and/or Device Regulations, as applicable
- Demonstration of superior organizational and critical thinking skills
- Demonstration of strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong computer skills (Office, Endnote)
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data and protocol requirements
- Flexibility to accommodate periodically demanding deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as both part of an interdisciplinary team and independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in health sciences
- Experience or training in quality improvement and/or implementation science
- Experience and training in qualitative data analysis
- Experience and training in statistical analysis - regression techniques and machine learning
- Experience with coding for statistical analysis in R, SAS, Python, SPSS
- Experience with research ethics board submissions and study maintenance
- Publications in scientific journals
- Research protocol development
- Systematic review processes
- Experience writing and assisting with manuscripts and grants

**Compensation Pay Range**
Min: $28.993/hr - Max $38.658/hr
