**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants.
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as needed during cleaning operations.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly after use.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in residential cleaning services is preferred.
- Must have reliable vehicle.
- Must have clean criminal record.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and facility users.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate various hand tools and safely.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
