**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various smartphones, tablets, and iPads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in repair techniques and technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair status and recommendations.
- Assisting customers as they shop for new products or services.
- Making product suggestions according to the wants and needs of customers.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
- Using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions about the product

**Skills**
- Experience in repairing smartphones, tablets, and iPads.
- Proficient in using hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to equipment repair is preferred.
- Demonstrated product knowledge and sales abilities.
- Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns.
- Communication skills to confidently negotiate sales terms.
