**_ The Opportunity_**

As DSH continues to grow, we are expanding our team to include a **part-time** Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be working closely with our management team, aquatic team, and clients to create an engaging experience for all. The role is crucial in promoting our programs, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting operational efficiency.

You’ll be at the forefront of client engagement, helping them understand the benefits of our swim programs and encouraging registrations. This role combines customer service, sales, and administrative responsibilities to help us make a splash in the world.

**_ Responsibilities_**

**1. Customer Engagement**:

- Greet clients and swimmers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Give out lots of high fives and stickers to our adorable swimmers.
- Be knowledgeable of programs being offered and the Davina’s Swim House methodology.
- Assist with client inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Develop, promote, and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.

**2. Sales Responsibilities**
- Proactively approach clients to promote swim sessions, programs, and additional services.
- Engage with clients to identify their needs and highlight the benefits of Davina’s Swim House programs.
- Motivate existing clients to re-enroll and upsell additional swim programs or services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by tracking progress and identifying opportunities to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies and share feedback on client preferences.

**3. Administrative Tasks**:

- Process in-person and phone registrations. Monitor Parent Portal and web registrations to ensure accuracy and process payments.
- Ensure all logbooks are accurately maintained, including customer concerns, phone inquiries, and operational logs.
- Answer telephones in a timely and courteous manner. Manage time-sensitive matters efficiently and proactively.
- Proactively manage and resolve issues as they arise, addressing administrative matters and client concerns with professionalism.
- Update aquatic staff with changes in a timely fashion and keep management informed of relevant concerns or issues.
- Share pertinent information with other Davina’s Swim House locations.

**4. Operational Support**:

- Support the day-to-day operations of the swim school across all locations to ensure the delivery of programs, services, and facilities that create a vibrant, welcoming environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the administration office, viewing gallery and main entrance.
- Ensure client confidential information is secure.
- Monitor cleanliness in the change room throughout the day (ensure adequate supplies, clean floors, clean toilets, etc.).
- Attend meetings and training sessions as necessary.

**5. Technology Proficiency**:

- Sound working knowledge of the registration system, including Jack Rabbit.
- Adapt to system and process changes to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications_**
- 2+ years in a sales environment
- 1+ years in a customer service or administrative environment
- Current Standard First Aid Award
- Acceptable police check for vulnerable sector

**_ The Skill Set_**
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word and Excel. Working knowledge of Jack Rabbit registration software.
- Adapt to system/process changes and challenges
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Communication: Communicates in a thorough, clear and timely manner to support information sharing.
