**Duties**:
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information or clarify details
- Organize and maintain accurate client records, compliance check lists, and file histories\
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing and data entry
- Strong customer service skills with experience in customer support and administrative roles
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Proficiency using Mac software(s)
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, aptitude for time management
**Considered An Asset**:
- Previous experience in administrative, underwriting, or similarly related roles
- Understanding of mortgages and the loan origination process
- Previous experience and/or understanding of the real estate industry
- Previous experience with CRMs (specifically Filogix ExpertPro)
**Position Details**:
- Starting Salary between $30,000-$40,000/yr (based on experience), with room to grow based on performance
- Possibility for bonuses based on performance, volume and efficiency
- Casual dress
- Hybrid position (between in-office & remote)
- Semi-flexible work hours (based on work load and volume)
Pay: $20,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
