**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years experience in maintenance administration
- Practical knowledge of Alberta Building Code requirements (Fire & Safety, Electrical, Structural, etc.) is an asset
- Ability to balance multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in-office
- Practical critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
- Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs
- Experience in food manufacturing or retail industries is preferred

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Schedule Equipment and Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance
- Utilizing the Store Planning Request System:

- Monitor Store Planning Requests from Stores.
- Assign and Schedule service vendors to complete Repair Requests.
- Obtain Quotations for Service Requests, follow up, and communicate updates to Store Managers.
- Schedule and communicate Facilities Preventative Maintenance Programs to Store Managers including:

- Fire Inspections
- Electrical Inspections
- Roofing Inspections
- HVAC Inspections
- Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning
- Monitor Monthly Store Maintenance Tasks and Reporting
- Prepare Weekly Communication Dashboard
- Maintain and Update Equipment Inventory
- Obtain Quotations and Generate Equipment Purchase Orders
- Assist Store Planning Director with Administrative Duties

**Position Details**:

- Position Type: Full-Time
- Work Environment: In-Person, Stony Plain Operations Office
- Salary Range: $45,000-50,000
