**Field Service Leader - Toronto, Ontario**

**Position Overview**:
Labworks International Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Service Leader to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a remote service business, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be key in optimizing resources, developing strategic plans, and ensuring operational excellence across North America.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Management**: Oversee the remote service business, focusing on labor and material growth, customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue and gross margin targets. Implement standardized tools, systems, and support for the Service Teams.
- **Operational Leadership**: Maximize customer satisfaction by managing resources effectively, improving productivity, and ensuring operational excellence. Develop strategic operating plans aligned with company goals.
- **Partnership Development**: Cultivate and maintain partnerships across North America, enhancing service growth and ensuring overall operational excellence.
- **Industry Engagement**: Actively participate in industry and professional organizations, representing Labworks International Inc. and staying informed of industry trends.

**Internal Collaboration**:

- **Service Strategy Execution**: Assist in executing service strategies and objectives, planning for future operational resource needs, and allocating resources to meet commitments within the assigned territory.
- **Financial Planning**: Contribute to the preparation of the annual service financial operating plan, ensuring alignment with business goals.

**Execution & Performance**:

- **Service Delivery**: Lead the execution of the Service business, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards across the territory.
- **Growth & Profitability**: Drive profitable growth through effective asset management (people, financial, material) and meet or exceed profitability goals.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic operating plans for the Service Business, aligned with company vision and objectives.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure contractual obligations are met, customer satisfaction is achieved, and best practices are shared to enable growth.
- **Operational Improvement**: Review proposals, analyze operations, and recommend improvements. Identify potential customers/markets and implement pricing and margin changes as needed.

**Performance Metrics**:

- **Growth**: Achieve year-over-year growth in labor and material.
- **Profitability**: Improve gross margins and ensure financial targets are met.
- **Customer Retention**: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Certified Engineering Technology, Business, or equivalent experience. P.Eng or CET preferred.
- 8-10+ years of operations management experience in the Service Industry, with at least 5 years in a direct management role.
- Previous sales or account management experience is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to varied audiences.
- Proven leadership abilities, capable of directing diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel (mínimal).
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
