**About Us**:
Island Owl Mazda is a fast-growing, customer-focused dealership in beautiful Campbell River, B.C. We’re currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented **Automotive Service Advisor** to join our dynamic Service Department.

**Position Summary**:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the service department. You will help diagnose vehicle issues, communicate recommended services, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional care from drop-off to pick-up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming experience
- Accurately identify vehicle service needs through customer conversations and technician assessments
- Clearly communicate service and repair recommendations, including costs and timelines
- Prepare accurate repair orders and keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Liaise with technicians and parts department to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mazda products, services, and warranty policies
- Contribute to a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and departmental goals

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great service
- Valid B.C. driver’s license and clean driving record
