Food for Thought Ottawa is a registered Charity in Ottawa, ON. We are professional, agile, innovative and we work on reducing food insecurity in Ottawa, by providing meals to people in need. We focus on those who cannot cook because of age, disability, or circumstances.

Our work environment includes:

- Fun and Friendly atmosphere

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily operations of meal packaging and delivery.
- Volunteer management.
- Responsible for Daily upkeep and cleanliness.
- Responsible for food safety.
- Interactions with staff, volunteers and partners as required.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, move up to 10 lbs by themselves, over 20lbs with help.
- Document details on a customer’s account.
- Be able to think quickly on your feet and find solutions to problems.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
