Our Production team is looking for a responsible Receiver/Returns Clerk teammate to help us inspect, accept, verify, count, and record incoming produce inventory as well as restock inventory.

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensures that all incoming shipments are properly documented and inputted into the ERP System.
- Loads and unloads shipments from carriers using forklift, pallet jack or hand-truck.
- Accurate and complete processing of all paperwork in accordance with Islands West receiving SOP's.
- Quality control - ensuring that all products received is in good condition, following all food safe protocols. Report on any product quality concerns to appropriate buyer.
- Restocking and ongoing rotation of warehouse inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out).
- Maintain clean, safe environment throughout the production/warehouse facility.
- Processes returns in accordance with returns policy.
- Identify errors and patterns related to returns and work with leads/ managers to rectify.
- Maintain accurate records/ documentation associated with returns.
- Ensures accurate completion of daily and weekly HACCP checklists.
- Effectively communicate all departments, including transportation and management.
- Practices safety on the job.
- Conducts inventory control counts as directed.
- Attends as directed, all team meetings, training meetings and/or professional development sessions.
- Operates or performs other duties as directed by Supervisor/Operations Manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to safely bend, twist and lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for the duration of scheduled shift.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.
- Strong command of English language
