**Duties include but are not limited to**:
As a Softscaping Foreman/Woman at Terra Nova Landscaping, your role is pivotal in bringing outdoor visions to life with finesse and expertise. Here are some key duties you'll be responsible for:

- Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers to plan softscaping projects, including plant selection, layout design, and scheduling. Execute projects efficiently, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of softscaping technicians, providing guidance, instruction, and support throughout project implementation. Delegate tasks effectively, maximizing team efficiency and productivity.
- Planting and Installation: Oversee the planting and installation of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other softscape elements according to design specifications. Ensure proper spacing, soil preparation, and irrigation to promote healthy growth.
- Soil Preparation and Amendment: Evaluate soil conditions and implement appropriate amendments to optimize plant health and growth. Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary soil amendments and organic materials.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of softscaping installations to ensure compliance with quality standards and design specifications. Address any issues promptly and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients professionally, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team members. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote awareness and adherence to safety standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including plant inventory, work hours, and material usage. Prepare progress reports and documentation for project managers and clients as required.

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
