- Then we have a Permanent Full-time position open for a professional individual like yourself. We are looking for an _**Oil & Lube Technician **_
- **Oil & Lube Technician**_ diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on automobiles. They are responsible for performing diagnostics using electronic testing equipment and a wide range of tools to diagnose and repair problems. Once diagnosed, the Service Technician is responsible for performing appropriate repairs and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position has an intricate responsibility to build customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence as a care-giver for their vehicle safety and reliability.
Job Responsibilities
- Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy to drive Customer loyalty
- Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication
- Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the Customer
- Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles
- Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
- Maintaining an inventory of normal Technician’s tools not normally inventoried by the Service department as “special tools”
- Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
**Requirements**:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Motivated with a customer-focused attitude
- Experienced in electrical and engine work
- Looking to work in a flat-rate shop with great earning potential
- Able to drive with an acceptable driver abstract
**Salary**: $14.00-$20.00 per hour
