Position: Retail Cannabis Assistant Store Manager
Location: Flowertown Cannabis, 3105 Winston Churchill Blvd, Mississauga.
Type: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
Lead the daily operations of one of Mississauga's first and leading retail cannabis and accessory store, while ensuring compliance with Ontario cannabis regulations.
Build and inspire a passionate team of budtenders, fostering a culture of product knowledge and exceptional service.
Manage inventory efficiently, helping to maintaining a diverse range of top-quality cannabis products.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, employee schedules, and compliance documentation.
Lead on corporate-directed marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
Manage budgets and control costs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest cannabis trends, strains, and evolving regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail management is highly valued.
Knowledge of Ontario's recreational cannabis laws and regulations.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Communication and interpersonal abilities.
Inventory management and point-of-sale systems experience.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A genuine passion for cannabis and the recreational market.
