We are currently seeking passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Budtenders. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Educate customers on different cannabis strains, products, consumption methods, and responsible use.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their preferences and needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and cannabis legislation changes.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 19 years of age or older, in compliance with legal requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Familiarity with local and federal cannabis laws and regulations.
- Prior customer service experience in a retail environment is an asset.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Working Hours**: Part-Time, flexible schedule based on business needs.

Compensation: We offer a competitive hourly rate in line with market standards for budtenders.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
