**Responsibilities**:
- Work with Equipment Manager or Shop Superintendent to implement 6S in all Miller equipment repair shops. Tasks will include purchasing materials, installing signs, painting lines, creating inspection sheets, creating inspection schedules, etc.
- Create process documents and flow charts for Equipment Group tasks. (Cap Ex, Equipment Changes, Work Order Flow, etc).
- Assist Equipment Manager with document preparation for fleet management. (Disposals, Cap Ex, Equipment Report Analysis, etc).
- Assist in fuel management and ensuring equipment usage hours are reported.
- Assist in implementing change as required to improve systems and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures while complying with all legal regulations.
- All other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education in Engineering is considered an asset. (University or College)
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of 5S is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Keen interest in equipment repair and management in the future is considered an asset.
- Travel required to different equipment repair shops
