**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records.
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero and Sage for various financial tasks.
- Conduct account analysis and prepare reports on financial performance.
- Manage budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and forecasting.
- Execute account reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from staff and clients in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or Sage is preferred.
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation, payroll processing, budgeting, and account analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
