Our primary focus is customer and employee satisfaction.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Track project status for multiple multi-unit customer projects (condo buildings and multi unit residential developments)
- Maintain an up to date list of issues to be resolved at each project
- Maintain a call log of actions taken to resolve issues
- Communicate and coordinate with site supervisors and the manufacturing team to ensure regular follow up on outstanding issues
- Escalate issues to management if they are not being resolved in a timely basis

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years in construction industry
- 2+ years working with customers
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
