As a Service Assistant you will be support our technical service team and help ensure smooth operations for the heavy-duty machinery we manufacture and sell.
What we are looking for:
- Experienced Service and Customer Support Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Review electric and hydraulic schematics.
- Document records of maintenance activities such as repair logs, inspection reports.
- Arrange repair of pumps in inventory, or parts that require refurbishment.
- Be able to diagnose and arrange repair of remote controllers.
Experience in each of the following an asset:
- Assists service technicians with scheduling, documentation, and customer coordination.
- Communicates with clients regarding service appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintains service records and inventory of parts and tools.
- Supports daily operations of the service department and liaises with other internal teams.
Desired Skills / Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
- Pays great attention to detail, has strong organizational skills.
- Driver's license
