**Job Duties**
- Daily dispatch of trucks within the Maritimes and on Montreal and Toronto corridors.
- Daily review of KPI’s, branch performance and other relevant data/information
- Communication with drivers, customers, Fleet Dept, and other offices.
- Open and frequent communication link with Customer Service group.
- Monitoring On Time services.
- Providing reports to OEM’s as required
- Assist Drivers with company handheld and systems issues in collaboration with our Information Technology department.
- Review monthly financial statements with management and taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Active participation in all local/regional pricing and rating initiatives
- Handle, review and submit branch and broker payroll

**Education & Experience**:

- Completion of High School Certificate.
- 5-10 Experience in prior dispatch and/or supervising position dealing with Vehicle Transportation would be a strong asset.
- Good knowledge of Montreal / Quebec / Canadian geography.
- Hands on experience in Operations / Dispatch duties.
- Ability to manage priorities efficiently and make quick educated decisions.
- Customer oriented and a team player.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- High attention to details and well organized.
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant Attitude
- Fluent in English (nice to have French)
- Previous experience in automotive industry would be an asset but not mandatory.

**Work Conditions**
- Occasional Overtime as required.
- Will be required to attend quarterly (or as needed) Driver meetings for part day on weekend (Post Covid)
- Traveling occasionally required to visit customers and dealers, or to attend corporate events.
