**Here's what you will do**
VitalAire is currently recruiting an energetic and motivated full-time Branch Manager in Dartmouth. The Branch Manager coordinates and supervises all operations in their area pertaining to Home Healthcare business including, but not limited to, respiratory and sleep apnea businesses. The Branch Manager ensures area operations are structured to provide continuity of supply to customers in a cost effective and efficient manner.
- Ensures that all operations in their area pertaining to Homecare business are conducted in full compliance with both internal policies and procedures, external regulations.
- Implements, schedules, prioritizes and maintains area operations.
- Manage financial targets and budgets
- Ensures the clinical staff are properly trained to use and educate clients on company’s products and equipment safety
- Ensures that adequate customer service is provided to customers at all times
- Delivers business results as defined by annual targets and objectives and ensures that all staff contribute efficiently and are compliant with all policies and procedures to the sales associated with the home healthcare business.
- Ensures that assets used in Homecare operations are maintained according to internal procedures
- Ensures the area inventory is utilized and maintained at a target level
- Sets the delegation of responsibility, task direction, performance objectives, and appraisals for all direct staff
- Recruits new staff when approved with support from Regional Director and Human Resource Department.

**Here's what you will need**
- College Certificate or Diploma in a Technical/Medical Sciences field recommended and/or post secondary business or managerial education
- Respiratory Therapy or Nursing training considered an asset
- 3-5 years of operational, supervisory or managerial experience
- Working knowledge of Gmail and Google tools including Docs, Sheets and Slides and internet. Customer invoicing systems and all appropriate software
- Agreeing to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status, as a condition of employment.
- Agreeing to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to maintain such fully vaccinated status, as a condition of employment.
