With a focus on total wealth planning, and wealth specialists to help you deliver on this unique value proposition, you’ll be enabling clients to see not just the big picture, but all the little ones too. **INTRODUCTION**: The Business Initiatives & Reporting Associate role contributes to the overall success of the International Investment Advisory (IIA) Business, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the business strategies and objectives. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**: In this role you will: - Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. - Support development and maintenance of KPIs reporting and analysis. - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, presentation decks and ad hoc reports for senior management. - Support the development of required tools to improve the efficiency and user experience of business reports including existing Excel, Power Point and Power BI templates, dashboards, and decks. - Support new and ongoing initiatives including but not limited to program/project implementation, client referrals, revenue sharing, assistance with change management, communications, marketing and improvements. - Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment. **DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS**: We’d love to work with you if you have: - Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or related fields. - 1-5 years of experience in dealing with business initiatives and reporting, preferable in the financial services industry. - Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic business environment. - Exceptional planning and analytical skills, ability to discern research information / data and focus on the critical issues. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access) and advanced knowledge of - Microsoft Excel.
