**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Utilize custodial equipment and supplies effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings such as offices, schools, or healthcare facilities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any maintenance issues.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required, including basic repairs or reporting issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely when necessary for cleaning or maintenance tasks.

**Skills**
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during cleaning operations.
- Customer service orientation to ensure satisfaction of facility users.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must have a **valid driver’s license** and reliable transportation (if required for job sites).
- Availability to work **flexible hours**, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- A background check may be required depending on client contracts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 35 per week
